What’s the science behind Tom’s AI Coach?
We converted hundreds of pages of raw text from a selection of my blogs, eBook, and newspaper and magazine articles into thousands of unique prompts to train and refine the Virtual Coach AI algorithm.
I have blogged every week since 2020, I have published a book, I have made videos, and I have had a From the Headhunter’s Desk column in the Bangkok Post.
